Program FAQ
How long does a program take?
Programs run 100 to 150 hours of coursework depending on the trade, about 10 to 12 weeks at a steady pace. Because it's self-paced, you can go faster or slower around your job and family.
Who can enroll?
Adults 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED. No trade experience is needed. Programs start with the fundamentals and build from there.
What credentials will I earn?
Every program includes OSHA 10. HVAC and Appliance Repair include EPA 608 Universal, Electrical includes ATC Certified Electrical Apprentice, and Plumbing includes ATC Certified Plumbing Apprentice.
Do I need my own computer?
No. Every student gets a laptop to complete the program, and it's yours to keep.
